At Twigs Flower House, we strive for perfection in every bloom and vessel; however, if your order doesn't meet your expectations, we accept returns on non-perishable items within 14 days of delivery. Please note that live floral arrangements and custom bouquets are final sale due to their delicate nature.

Carefully repackage your unused home decor or hardware in its original protective wrapping to ensure it arrives back at our studio safely.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided by our team to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
