What is your policy on delivery times and same-day shipping?
All Twigs Flower House orders are hand-delivered in temperature-controlled vehicles. Our stems are secured in hydration packs to ensure they arrive in peak bloom and stay vibrant for days after arrival.
Can I schedule a delivery for a specific future date?
Yes, you can select your preferred delivery date during the checkout process. We offer same-day delivery for local orders placed before 12:00 PM and allow scheduling up to 30 days in advance.
What happens if the recipient is not home at the time of delivery?
If the recipient is unavailable, our drivers will attempt to leave the arrangement in a safe, shaded spot or with a neighbor. We will then leave a notification card and send an email or text to the sender.
What is your return policy for perishable floral products?
Due to the perishable nature of flowers, we do not accept returns. However, if your arrangement arrives damaged or wilted, please contact us within 24 hours with a photo, and we will provide a replacement or store credit.
Do you offer custom floral designs for home events or weddings?
